The oil well sand control screen pipe is composed of a base pipe, multi-layer sand control filter sleeves, and an outer protective sleeve, arranged from inside to outside. It features high permeability, deformation resistance, and high corrosion resistance.
The oilfield debris screen, debris catcher, and sand separator work together to successfully filter out a large amount of bridge plug debris and some sand particles during the drilling and plugging process. The sand separator also provides excellent solid particle separation, preventing downstream equipment from being clogged or damaged, and reducing safety risks in the surface process.
Pre-filled filters use ceramic balls as the filter media. This unique resin-free concept provides a filter element that is less likely to be contaminated by biofilms and the casing. Pre-filled screens reduce overall maintenance costs for owners.

The slotted casing is machined from J55 or N80 oil casing, offering high strength, resistance to deformation, good perpendicularity of the slotted edges, smooth cuts without burrs, and uniform slotting.
