Composite metal fiber screen pipe
Metal fiber felt sand control screens, also known as composite metal mesh sand control screens or stainless steel fiber filter screens, are sometimes simply referred to as “composite sand filter pipes” by some companies.
It is a multi-layered composite filter/sand control element, with its core consisting of a metal fiber layer, a precision mesh layer, and a protective skeleton.
Structure:
Outer Layer: Wedge-shaped wire tube (impact and mechanical damage protection);
Middle Layer: Metal fiber felt/precision mesh (filtration core, micron-level precision control);
Inner Layer: Supporting skeleton (ensuring structural strength).
Features:
High filtration accuracy (up to 40-400 microns), large seepage area;
Temperature resistance (up to 480℃), acid and alkali resistance (pH 3-13), corrosion resistance;
Anti-clogging, impact resistance, long service life.
