- Self-Cleaning V-Wire Geometry: The V-shaped profile creates a “two-point” contact for particles on the surface. Because the slot widens inwardly, any particle that passes the surface will flow through without getting wedged, making the element exceptionally easy to backwash or clean mechanically.
- All-Welded Structural Integrity: Every intersection of the V-wire and internal support rod is induction-welded. This creates a rigid, one-piece “cage” structure capable of handling massive pressure differentials and resisting collapse in high-viscosity applications.
- Absolute Micron Precision: Utilizing advanced CNC controlled winding, we achieve incredibly tight slot tolerances (down to 20 microns). This ensures consistent filtration quality and protects your downstream equipment from even the finest contaminants.
