- Non-Clogging V-Wire Surface: Our wedge wire cartridges feature a specialized V-profile wire that creates a “two-point” contact surface. This ensures that particles won’t get trapped in the slots, facilitating easy surface cleaning and consistent flow rates.
- Precision Slot Accuracy: Utilizing CNC-controlled manufacturing, we offer absolute slot precision down to 20 microns. This ensures guaranteed particle retention for sensitive downstream equipment protection.
